Rename files that MP Outlook needs: 
Click–to–Attend link or MeetingPlace tab gives “unexpected script error”.  Cause is missing (or incorrect) 
template files. 
Solution:  rename 3 files under Latitude\MPWeb\Template folder and 
Latitude\MPWeb\Template\External folder.
