Revision Date: 5/17/04

Multi-server meetings can only be scheduled through the pre-4.2.5 interface (CR16335)
The new MeetingPlace Web user interface (4.2.5/4.2.7) does not provide multi-server meeting options.
You must access the old UI (pre-4.2.5 style MeetingPlace Web pages) to schedule such meetings.
The old user interface is bundled as part of MeetingPlace Web 4.2.5/4.2.7. You can access it by entering
the URL: //hostname/mpweb/html/mtgtime32.htm where hostname is the name of your MeetingPlace
Web server.
Users left web conference but still appear in the MeetingTime In-Session tab as active
participants (CR17138)
This causes the meeting to be extended because the system thinks there are still participants in the
meeting. Workaround: End the meeting manually from MeetingTime.
External users are not able to review past meetings (CR17143)
External users who want to review a past meeting may see “Error 5164 - no meeting was found with the
specified meeting ID” instead of the Past Meeting details page.
Users removed from an in-session meeting receive “cannot lookup information for
meeting” when trying to rejoin a meeting (CR17202)
Users are not able to get back into the meeting after being removed from the meeting. Users see “cannot
lookup information for meeting” when trying to rejoin meeting.
Workaround: Clear your browser cache, close all browsers, delete the c:\temp\meetingplace\ folder, and
then reopen the browser to rejoin the meeting.
