Chapter 2 Scheduling and Starting Meetings
How to Schedule a Future Meeting
The system automatically sends updated meeting invitations if any of the
following changes:

No other changes will generate a notification.

If you schedule a meeting using Microsoft Outlook and then modify or delete the
meeting using the End User Interface (and not Microsoft Outlook) the system

Canceling a Scheduled Meeting
You can cancel any meeting that has not yet started.
If the meeting is a
, you can cancel:

The entire series, if no meetings in the series have occurred.
•
Individual instances that have not yet occurred.
•
All meetings in the series that have not yet occurred.
•
All meetings in the series starting with any instance that has not yet occurred.
Restriction
•
You must be the owner or scheduler of the meeting you want to cancel, or you
must be an attendant.
