A
configuration file stores the correlation rules and attribute
mappings
that define a MetaLink agreement. Figure 5-1 provides
a
sample configuration file sample that displays both standard
and
BootStrap attribute mappings. The configuration file
parameters
most important to MeetingPlace Directory Services
are
discussed in detail on page 49.

MeetingPlace
Directory Services offers you two ways to modify
the
configuration file to meet the needs of your MetaLink
agreement.
You can either use the MeetingPlace Directory
Services
Admin Tool or manually edit the configuration file. The
following
section provides you with information on how to
decide
which method to use when creating the MetaLink
agreements.
