You can make the recording available to users in the following ways:
Send the URL via email
Copy the URL to another location, such as an instant message or to a Web site
Note:
If you have set a password, registration, or eCommerce for your
recording, these features will be enabled when the user accesses the
recording from the URL.

On the Recording Information page, in the URL section, click the email link.
Your email tool opens, with the recording URL in the body of the email.
