Chapter 5  Installing MeetingPlace Web 

To run the GUIDS.reg file on external/secondary Windows 
servers:

1. Install MeetingPlace Web on the internal or primary 

Windows server.

2. Copy the GUIDS.reg file from the internal/primary server 

(located in X:\latitude\mpweb, where X: is the drive on 
which MeetingPlace Web is installed).

3. Place the GUIDS.reg file in the external/secondary 

server’s C:\temp directory.

4. Double-click the GUIDS.reg file on the external/secondary 

server.

5. When prompted to add the information from the 

GUIDS.reg file to the registry, click OK.

6. Install MeetingPlace Web on the external/secondary 

server.
