To manage who can join a breakout session in progress:
1
Do either of the following:
On the Breakout menu, point to Breakout Session Assignment.
On the Breakout Session panel in the main Session window, click Breakout
Assignment.
Assignment.
The Breakout Session Assignment dialog box appears.

Select Manually and then add a breakout session.

Add a session by clicking the following:
