During a training session, the session host can grant privileges to or remove them
from attendees at any time.

To specify attendee privileges during a training session:

In the Session window, do one of the following:
On the Participant menu, point to Assign Privileges.
On the Participants panel, right-click a participant's name, and select Assign
Privileges.

Specify attendee privileges:
To grant a privilege to all attendees, select its check box.
To grant all privileges to attendees, select the All attendee privileges check
box.
