Training Center saves your sound preferences on your computer.
However, if you start or join a training session on another computer, you
need to set your preferences again on that computer.

In most cases, the default location for sound files is C:\WINDOWS\Media.
You can copy other sound files to the default folder or any other directory
to make them available in the Personal Preferences dialog box.
