Cisco MeetingPlace for Notes System Manager’s Guide
Attending Meetings through Lotus Notes
When a Notes user has been invited to a MeetingPlace meeting, a
standard Notes notification is e-mailed to the user. By clicking
the MeetingPlace button in the upper right corner of this
notification, the invited user can select to join the voice and web
conference associated with their meeting.

automatically linked to the Meeting Room where they can
