Cisco MeetingPlace for Notes System Manager’s Guide

Management Tools

This section describes the following management tools:

The MeetingPlace Gateway Configurations Utility. 

Contains the information needed by the Notes gateway to 
connect to your Domino server. This utility also allows you to 
manage the MeetingPlace Agent and Gateway SIM services.

The MeetingPlace Server Agent Database. Contains the 

information needed by the Notes gateway to connect to your 
MeetingPlace server(s). This utility also allows you to 
modify the scheduling parameters displayed in the Calendar 
Entry form.

System Manager Agents. System manager agents  

automatically generate notifications related to recurring 
meetings.  

To access the MeetingPlace Gateway Configurations Utility, 
double-click the MeetingPlace icon in the system task bar.

Alternatively, go to the Windows server Control Panel (Start | 
Settings | Control Panel) and double-click the MeetingPlace 
Gateways icon.
