The invited user’s profile is set up to not receive attachments, 
or
The meeting scheduler’s profile is set up to not send out 
attachments.
To fix this problem, first make sure the invited user’s profile is set 
up to receive attachments:
1.  Open MeetingTime, and locate the invited user’s profile.
2.  Scroll down to the Receiving Notifications area, and make 
sure the Include Attachments parameter is set to Yes.
Second, make sure the scheduler’s profile is set up to send out 
attachments: 
1.  Open MeetingTime, and locate the meeting scheduler’s 
profile.
2.  Scroll down to the Sending Notifications area, and make sure 
the Include Attachments parameter is set to Yes.
Resolving Meeting Notification Problems 
Q: When I schedule a MeetingPlace meeting through Notes, why 
don’t the invited users receive their meeting notifications?
A: This will happen if the User Name field in an invited user’s 
Domino account does not match the E-mail Address field in their 
MeetingPlace profile. 
Q: Why am I receiving multiple meeting notifications for the 
same recurring meeting?
Note: If one invited user has this parameter set to Yes and all 
other invited users have it set to No, the MeetingPlace for Notes 
gateway distributes the notifications to everybody regardless of 
their individual profile settings.
