mandatory. This check box is selected by default and cannot be 
unchecked.

Access Anywhere 
sessions 

All Access Anywhere sessions must use strong meeting password 
criteria for access code 

To set the password criteria, scroll down to the Strong Meeting 
Password Criteria section and choose from the following options: 

  

 

Require mixed case 

Select this to require that all passwords contain upper and 
lowercase letters. 

Note: Passwords must contain at least one upper and one 
lowercase letter. 

 

Minimum length 

Enter the minimum number of characters (letters, numbers, 
and special characters) that passwords must contain. 

 

Minimum number of numeric 

Enter the minimum number of numbers that passwords 
may contain. 

 

Minimum number of alpha 

Enter the minimum number of letters that passwords may 
contain.
