A host can grant the following privileges to one 
or more participants: 

 

Chat-who a participant can chat with and 
whether that chat can be private.

Document-whether a participant can draw 
on a document or save or print it.

View-what a participant can view in the 
meeting: participant list, document, 
thumbnails, or pages.

Meeting-whether a participant can record 
the meeting, share documents, or control 
sharing.

During a meeting, you can grant privileges to or remove them from all participants at 
once or to an individual participant. 

  

 

To choose  

 

all participants-select All Participants. 

 

an individual participant-expand All 
Participants, and select a participant name.
