Cisco Cisco WebEx Meetings Server 2.6

Cisco WebEx Meetings Server 2.6 uses a custom “column base” resolution process to manage conflict detection
and resolution. This process ensures the consistency and accuracy of data shared between data centers in a
multidata center environment.

Cisco WebEx Meetings Server 2.6 supports customization of the audio prompts, the logo, and the copyright
statement for your site.

This release introduces the Screen Sharing Control feature. When creating a WebEx Meeting, the host can
choose whether the participants can allow screen sharing, or specify that only the host can allow screen sharing.

To improve security, the web server does not support RC4 ciphers.

Cisco WebEx Meetings Server 2.6 supports the 40-ms packet size for the G.729 codec.

The 40 ms, 50 ms, and 60-ms packet sizes for G.729 do not work with Cisco Unified Communications
Manager Release 10.x and 11.0. This issue is the result of a limitation of Cisco Unified Communications
Manager.

Cisco WebEx Meetings Server 2.6 supports Citrix XenDesktop 7.6. Both the host operating system and the
virtual operating system must be Microsoft Windows (Windows 7 or Windows 8). The host operating system
is the operating system installed on the user’s local computer. The virtual operating system is the operating
system installed on the virtual desktop.

This release introduces the View Meeting ID feature. While sharing their screens during a WebEx Meeting,
presenters can easily view the meeting ID.
