Chapter 1: Configuring Your Site
To create a new template, you can use Microsoft PowerPoint to edit the default 
template. You can add additional information and graphics or change the color 
scheme. Hosts can select your new page design (also called a template) when 
scheduling a meeting. 
To create a meeting information template:

On the left navigation bar, under Manage Site, click Site Settings.

Scroll down to the Site Options section, under Info Tab specific, click Create 
Template
.

Click Open to open the file in PowerPoint.

Change the template as needed and save it.
Important
Do not modify or remove existing meeting information or agenda in 
the default template.

Once you finish editing, in Site Administration click Add Template.

On the Select File page that appears, browse to the template that you created and 
click Open.
