Cisco Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 7.0 Guida All'Installazione

New installations of Release 6.x require a Cisco MCS dedicated to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 
applications. Hardware configuration is based on the number of voice and web-conferencing user 
licenses (ports) on your system.

When reviewing this section, note the following considerations:

You must have installed Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing Release 6.x on the machine 
before installing Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Microsoft Office Communicator Release 6.x.

You must install Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Microsoft Office Communicator Release 6.x in the 
same directory as Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Web Conferencing. (For example, if you install Web 
Conferencing in C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems, also install Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 
Microsoft Office Communicator in the Cisco Systems directory.)

The Cisco Unified MeetingPlace LCS Gateway does not support the WebConnect feature. 
(WebConnect provides site-to-site rollover in the event that a site is unavailable.) Conferences 
initiated from Microsoft Office Communicator clients always use the site in which the Cisco Unified 
MeetingPlace LCS Gateway resides.
