All participants will see that person, regardless of who is speaking.   

Click OK. 

  

 

When you are sharing information or someone else is sharing information with 
you, a floating panel containing participant video and your self-view appears 
on the right-hand side of your screen.  

 

Minimize your self-view during 
sharing 

Select the icon in the upper-right portion of the self-view display. 

Restore your self-view during 
sharing 

Select the icon in the lower-right portion of the floating pane. 

Stop or show self-view 

Select the video icon at the center of the self-view display. 

Minimize the video display during 
sharing 

Select the downward arrow in the upper-left corner of the self-view 
display. 

Resize the video display  

Select the bottom right corner and drag the edge. 

Move the video display 

Select and drag the display to another location on your screen. 

Switch to everyone view 

Select the Participants icon in the upper right corner of the display.  

 

 

Meeting Center and Training Center only 

Having video or audio problems in an event? If you contact technical support, 
the video and audio data you can obtain within the event comes in handy. 

 

To obtain audio and video data while in the Event window, select Event > 
Audio & Video Statistics...
