When you host meetings and record them on the server, the meeting 
recordings are listed on your My WebEx > My Files > My Recordings page. 
The settings for your WebEx site determine the storage space for your 
recordings. 

Locate your recordings by going to My WebEx > My Files > My 
Recordings > Events.Select the Playback button to play a recording. 

  

 

 

Select the Email button to send an email message with a link to a 
recording.

Select the recording name link to see the Recording Information page:

Select Play Now to play the recording 

 

Select Send Email to share your recording with others or to send to a 
vendor by sending an email message with a link to the recording.

Select or copy the streaming recording link that allows you to play the 
recording. 

 

Select or copy the download recording link that allows you to download 
the file.
