1.3.1 About the Cisco Meeting Server software
The Cisco Meeting Server software is provided as an .ova file for VMWare, and a VHD disk
image is provided for Microsoft Hyper-V users. These are templates that set up a new VM with a
single network interface, 16GB RAM and a virtual disk containing the Cisco Meeting Server
application.

After installation a fully functioning Cisco Meeting Server is available, which can be run as:

a complete solution with all components enabled on a single server (single combined server

1.3.2 Host requirements for the Cisco Meeting Server
The Meeting Server runs on a broad range of standard Cisco servers as a VM deployment, and
also third party servers including systems from Dell and HP containing both Intel and AMD
