Procedure
Step 1
Does your touchscreen show a message that says it must download a “characterization” file?

If so:

Do not disturb or interrupt this process. It occurs only once, automatically.

The process takes approximately 10 minutes to finish. When it is finished, your touchscreen will

Stop. You have completed this procedure and there is no need to perform any of its other steps.

Otherwise, go to Step 2.
Step 2
Because some touchscreen drivers cannot be calibrated on a DMP while it is playing video, use DMPDM
to stop all videos.

Click Video Multicast in the Display Actions list, and then click Stop.

Click Media URL in the Display Actions list, and then click Stop.
Step 3
Choose the browser rotation angle for your touchscreen.
Supported browser rotation angles are 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270°.
