Sending DTMF Tones
Occasionally, the supervisor may need to send Dual Tone Multi-Frequency
(DTMF) tones to a pager, IVR, voicemail system, or other similar device.To
transmit DTMF tones when connected to a call, perform the following steps.

Select an active call in the Call Information Grid.

Click the Dial button. The following dialpad dialog box appears.

which you want to send a DTMF tone.
