Log in to Cisco CMX.

Configure Presence Analytics. For details, see the “Installing the Presence Analytics Service” section in the Cisco

Choose Presence Analytics > Dashboard.
The Dashboard shows key performance indicators (KPIs) of the various client mobile devices at your site, such as visitor
count, dwell time, peak duration, and passerby-to-visitor conversion rate.

Click Conversion Rate.
The display shows the exact number of visitors and passersby.

Click Date to display data for a different time period.
