This command defines a rule definition to analyze and charge user traffic based on the POP3 session-length.

 must be an integer from 1 through 4000000000. 

Enables or disables the range criteria for PoP3 session length. 

: Enables the range criteria for Pop3 session length. 

: Disables the range criteria for PoP3 session length. 

: Specifies the start of range of PoP3 session length, and must be an integer from 1 through 

4000000000 but less than or equal to

: Specifies the end of range of PoP3 session length, and must be an integer from 1 through
