Specifies the maximum amount of memory, in kilobytes, that may be used for bulk statistics.

Caution:
Bulk statistics are stored in Random Access Memory (RAM) on the SPC/SMC. In the event of power
loss or system failure, the statistics will be lost. If the maximum storage limit has been reached before the system's
configured transfer-interval is reached, the oldest information stored in the collection will be overwritten.
