This command enables/disables authentication for subscribers and context-level administrative users for the current 
context.

Security Administrator, Administrator 

 

Configures the default setting. 

: local+RADIUS 

: RADIUS 

Disables AAA authentication for administrator(s)/subscribers as specified. 

: Disables local authentication for current context. 

: Disables NULL authentication for current context, which enables both local and RADIUS-based 

authentication. 

: Disables RADIUS or Diameter-based authentication. 

: Enables/disables authentication for administrative users. 

: Enables/disables authentication for subscribers. 

Enables AAA authentication for administrator(s)/subscribers as specified. 

: Enables local authentication for the current context. 

: Disables authentication for the current context. 

: Enables RADIUS or Diameter-based authentication. 

Use this command to enable/disable AAA authentication during specific maintenance activities or during test 
periods. The authentication can then be enabled again for the entire context as needed.
