This command defines a rule definition to analyze and charge user traffic based on the Radio Access Technology (RAT) 
in bearer flow. 

  In StarOS 8.1 and later, this command is deprecated and is replaced by the 

  

command.

Removes the specified rule definition. 

Specifies how to logically match the information in the analyzed field. 

 must be one of the following: 

 

: Does not equal 

 

: Equals 

The RAT type associated with the bearer flow. 

 

: GSM EDGE Radio Access Network type 

 

: UMTS Terrestrial Radio Access Network type 

 

: Wireless LAN type 

Use this command to specify a rule definition to analyze user traffic based on RAT type.
