This command configures the failure handling behavior for flow or protocol in 
Enhanced-Policy Decision Function (E-PDF). The 
any-error 
keyword was added to this 
command. This enables configuring failure handling behavior for those result-codes for 
which failure-handling behavior has not been specified.
