For this command, the 

 keyword has been changed to be

This functionality is not supported at this time on the Web Element Manager

This modified command defines an instance of the CC profile with the charging triggers, 
configured with modified keywords, the SGSN will use to generate various types of CDRs 
for the SGSN service.

This functionality is not supported at this time on the Web Element Manager.

Default value has been changed so that the user has more control over when ciphering is 
performed. The new default value is gea0, no ciphering.
