This command enables the SPIO to recover transmit timing source via the line attached to the selected port.
By default, line-timing is not enabled.

Disables line-timing as the source for the transmit clock.
Usage Guidelines
The port must be enabled (no shutdown) to enable recovery of timing source via the line. As well, the card's
slot number must be entered in the recover line# command in the BITS port configuration mode.

If the SPIO is connected to an external Building Integrated Timing Supply (BITS) source, BITS timing
