Displays the total collected statistics of all policy control parameters of IMS authorization service sessions
since the last system restart or clear command.

Displays the total collected statistics of all IMS authorization sessions processed by a specific IMS authorization
service since the last system restart or clear command. ims_auth_svc_name must be an existing IMS
authorization service name, expressed as an alphanumeric string of 1 through 64 characters.
