timeout bearer-inactivity
This command configures the bearer inactivity timer and the threshold value of the traffic through an APN. The bearer
inactivity timer can also be configured to exclude default bearer/primary bearer from monitoring bearer inactivity.

Syntax
In StarOS 15.0 and later releases:

Sets the bearer inactivity timer to disabled mode.

Removes the configured bearer inactivity timer values and traffic threshold limit.

Specifies that a bearer time out value will be configured for this APN.
