Default: disabled
Specifies the charging characteristic behavior bit.

accounting records regardless of what may be configured elsewhere.
bit_value
is an integer from 1 through 12.
local-value behavior bit_value profile index_bit
Defaults: bit_value = 0x0, index_bit = 8

does not provide values for these parameters.
