The failure handling template configuration is enhanced to additionally accept the Diameter
Experimental-Result-Code "DIAMETER_NEWER_SESSION_DETECTED (5199)" as the value for the
diameter exp-result-code keyword.

accepts a new Diameter Experimental-Result-Code "DIAMETER_NEWER_SESSION_DETECTED
(5199)". The current call terminates on receiving this result code if the failure handling action is configured
as "terminate".

The following new bulk statistic variable is added to this schema to indicate the number of times the
Experimental Result-Code (5199) is received in the CCA-I message for Gy.
