Encoding of LAPI in S-CDRs
This release provides support for Low Access Priority Indicator (LAPI) attribute in SGSN CDRs for custom24 GTPP
dictionary. This attribute field indicates if the PDN connection has a low priority, i.e. for Machine Type Communication
(MTC).

This attribute is required to support MTC feature in SGSN. This attribute will be included in SGSN CDRs only if the

A new keyword “
lapi
” has been added to this command to control the presence of Low Access Priority Indicator
(LAPI) attribute in S-CDRs.

When UE indicates low priority connection, then only “lowPriorityIndicator” attribute will be included in the
