By default, this configuration is disabled and encode/decode of overcharge-protection-related data will be done 

via Indication IE.

Use of Overcharging Protection requires that a valid license key be installed. Contact your Cisco account 

representative for information on how to obtain a license. 

The following keyword has been added to the output to display whether encode/decode of overcharge-protection-related 
data in/from private extension is enabled or disabled.

NQN and UQS flag values needs to be configurable through CLIs. 

Common flags are now updated based on new CLI keywords in peer profile configuration for GGSN.
