A new command enables or disables the generation of a syslog event message when the number of egress Fabric Access 
Processor (FAP) packet drops exceeds a set threshold within a window of time on an ASR 5500. 

This new Global Configuration mode command specifies the maximum number of egress FAP traffic packets that can 
be dropped within a window of time before a syslog event message is generated.
