Statically configures peer SGSN environments to facilitate MME-SGSN relocations over S3 or Gn/Gp interfaces.

configure > context context_name > mme-service service_name

 

Entering the above command sequence results in the following prompt:

Configures Routing Area Identity (RAI) parameters used to facilitate a lookup for a specific peer SGSN. 

 

Configures Radio Network Controller Identification (RNC-ID) parameters used to facilitate a lookup for a 
specific peer SGSN. 

 

Specifies the mobile country code (MCC) portion of the PLMN identifier as an integer from 100 through 999. 

 

Specifies the mobile network code (MNC) portion of the PLMN identifier as a 2- or 3-digit integer from 00 
through 999. 

nri value

 

Specifies the Network Resource Identifier (NRI) value used as an additional identity along with the RAC 
within the RAI parameters as an integer from 0 through 65535.
