HNB-GW from Core Node. 
Trigger: When CN initiate tear-down procedure for SCCP connection.

HNB-GW to Core Node. 
Trigger: When HNBGW initiates the tear-down procedure on receiving RUA

message and other failure scenarios. 
Availability: Per PS Networks.
