Auto PCFReachable Alarm Clearing Requirement at WEM
Previous Behavior: Alarms were not being cleared when PCF is reachable.
New Behavior: Alarms are now being cleared when PCF is reachable as PCFReachable trap has been added.
PDSN/FA Support for Dynamic HA Assignment
Upon receiving an RRP message with successful registration indication (code 0) for the Mobile Station (MS), PDSN
updates the mobility binding for the MS, which is indexed by the NAI and the Home Address (if non zero) in the RRQ,
with the HA address and the Home Address from the RRP. PDSN is not required to verify the source ip address of the
RRP. This is a customer specific enhancement.
