Adding Process and Global Variables
The Process > Variables tab displays the defined variables for the open process.

Variables can be defined in the process when something is used multiple times. For example, if there is

To add a process variable to a process:

In the Process Editor, choose Process, click the Variables tab, then click New > [Variable Type].

Enter the information required for the variable type.
