8192 means N/A, i.e., unused

The Output Filter setting on the Setup menu is only applicable to Pass and Drop 
streams. 

Pass transport streams consist of only those PIDS set to Pass in the stream. Up to 8 
PIDS can be set to Pass in the stream.
