The maximum size in bytes reserved for a file 

selected for rapid update. TSBroadcaster allocates 

this number of bytes for the contents of the file, and 

pads out the content with ASCII spaces if it is 

smaller. If an update for a rapid update file is 

larger than this size, a one-off carousel rebuild is 

triggered to update the file and increase its 

maximum size. Subsequent updates will be 

performed as rapid updates if they are within the 

revised maximum size 
Note:  This field is present for a file. 

Indicates whether the file will be pre-processed 

before including it in the carousel. For OCAP files, 

this field should be set to none
