Frontline EAC Performance
Note: You can only check the log file if your system has previously sent EAMs.
Follow these steps to verify the Frontline EAC configuration and performance using
the Frontline Emergency Alert Controller (EAC) Application.

1 In the Frontline Emergency-Alert-Controller (EAC) Application window, click

Verify that the date and time of the log is the current date and time.

7 Click the View Header/Text Message icon. The Text and Header Message
Viewing window opens.
8 Do the TXT files have a recent time and date stamp?
If yes, click Exit to close the Text and Header Message Viewing window.
If no, call Frontline Communications (Vela Broadcast) for further assistance.
9 Click Cancel to return to the Frontline Emergency-Alert-Controller (EAC)
Application window.
Note: Go to Test the EAS from the DNCS (on page 63) if necessary.
