Introduction
The Sun Enterprise 450 and the Sun Fire V445, V880, and V890 servers
support disk mirroring. Through disk mirroring, the DNCS stores
identical information across sets of hard drives. System operators and
support engineers who perform maintenance operations on a Sun
Enterprise 450 or the Sun Fire V445, V880, and V890 server may first
be required to disable the mirroring functions on the server. Then,
after the maintenance operations are complete, the mirroring functions
must be re-enabled.
