The following operations initiated from the RMU causes the QAM to reboot.  

 

Restore  

 

Clone  

 

Revert software versions 

 

Activation of downloaded software 

The user will be prompted with the following screen.  

 

QAM connectivity will be lost when the QAM is being rebooted. Refresh the RMU 

display after reboot. 
Note: It takes approximately 2 minutes to reboot a QAM.
