devices) CSV files are often used for uploading the device information into SV
Director. The CSV file requires a specific set of columns, column title syntax and
column order to be compatible with SV Director. The best way to make sure the
CSV file is compatible is to export a CSV file from SV Director and use that as a
template when building a SV Director compatible CSV file.
