WAV encoding goes to pending state. When an .mp3 to .wav transcoding job is submitted, the .wav encoding

The workaround is to RDC to the Windows VM and rename:
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Media Experience Engine\bin\WaveEncoder.exe
to
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Media Experience Engine\bin\WavEncoder.exe
