Powering Up and Configuring the Cisco MXE 3500
Before you can install the Cisco MXE 3500 license, you must complete initial configuration.
Procedure
Step 1
To power up the Cisco MXE 3500, press the Power On/Standby button
on the front panel.
Step 2
After the Cisco MXE 3500 boots up and the Windows login prompt displays, press Ctrl-Alt-Delete.
Step 3
Enter the following credentials to log in:

User name: MXE-Service
•
Password: Cisco1
Step 4
Enter the appropriate TCP/IP settings for your network.
You can now access the web UI and install the Cisco MXE 3500 license. For information about installing
