Overview of VSA Agent
Prime Collaboration uses VSA Agent to assess a network’s readiness to deploy or upgrade Cisco
TelePresence systems. VSA Agent provides network path characteristics, such as latency, jitter, and
packet loss measurements, prior to deployment. By automating the assessment process, VSA Agent
accelerates and simplifies deployment. We recommend that you review “Diagnostics for Video
Endpoints” in the

VSA Agent tests are run between two systems: source and destination. These systems must reside on the
